Windows 11 24H2, the mms stream protocol does not work

After upgrading Windows 11 from 23H2 to 24H2, the mms stream protocol does not work.
Is there any iead?

Hello Terry,

by googling around it seems that mms is effectively disrupted in some way in version 24H2:

and the suggestion to fix the issue was to rollback to version 23H2; please, note that version 25H2 is already available so you may eventually try to upgrade to the latest Win 11 version.
