Wasapi and VideoPlayer

Hello,

I've got some questions;

• When I set drivertype to WASAPI, does the videoplayer also use the wasapi driver type?
• Does it make any difference what audio_render_mode is used? I am using the AUDIO_RENDERER_MODE_CUSTOM_2

Hello,

video rendering is based upon DirectShow which uses DirectSound for its audio rendering so, also if the component is set to work with WASAPI for audio playback, video playback will continue using DirectSound.

The AUDIO_RENDERER_MODE_CUSTOM_2 mode should give better performances in most cases so it's suggested that you continue using it.
