Licensing Questions: AudioSound Editor for .Net

Hello,
Late last week I sent an "email" via the contact us page, to which I've not yet received a reply.  I just realized that this information may also be sought by other developers so I am posting it as a topic here.

Question 1:
Is there a per-end-user license fee?
(i.e. if we install the application on 3 peoples systems, will we have to pay for each install)

Question 2:
If we purchase only a single license, can we successfully build the setup package on a "build machine?"
(i.e. is this intended by the license agreement?)

Question 3:
If we purchase only a single license, can we transfer the developer license to a different developer at a future date?
(i.e. I am currently developing the application, for a future version one of my peers may need to do the enhancements, is this allowed? or do we need to buy a new license for my peer as well?)

Hello Jason,

I just replied to your message through e-mail (the latest I sent was rejected by some anti-spam) but I will answer here as well:

Question 1) No, our components are totally royalty-free and can be used for developing more than one application

Question 2) A "build machine" is seen as a separate developer so, in this case, there is the need to obtain a second (discounted) license for this specific machine

Question 3) Yes, this is possible after the older developer uninstalls the component from his PC and send us a note about the uninstall and specifically requests the transfer to the new developer, in this way we would update our database accordingly

Thanks for your fast reply. This is roughly how we thought you might answer. :-) I'll let my boss know what the results are and I will contact our IT admin to unblock your domain name.
