Sets waveform rendering new settings for the TracksBoard. Current settings can be obtained through the TracksBoard.SettingsWaveGet method.

settings	Address of a structure of type TRACKSBOARD_WAVEFORM_SETTINGS that contains the waveform rendering new settings.
