Hello Dario,

quite strange: could you be so kind to invoke the "Help/About..." menu item inside the VideoPlayerAdvanced sample and to report report us displayed versions for the control and for the engine?
Please, attach also a screenshot of the VidePlayerSimple displaying the issue.

Kind regards

Hello,
some time ago I puchased the Amp3dj ocx, which I use in VB6 programs with great satisfaction.
But now I work under Windows 10 and I have a problem: when launching the Videoplayer simple VB6 sample the video is not displayed correctly in the picturebox, but it is "shifted" to the left and on top. However, when using the Videoplayer advanced sample everything is OK. Do you have any advice to "correct" the abnormal behaviour seen in the "simple" application?
Many thanks in advance.
Dario.

Hello,

technically speaking the only difference is the source of the URL to play: in one case is a string parameter passed through code, in the other case is a string read from the loaded playlist. The remaining behavior should be exactly the same.

Kind regards

Hello

Playing Internet radio,  what is the difference  different between "LoadInternetStream" and "PlayListExecute" contains the URL of the stream in the  playlist?

Thank you.

Hello,

from your private message that I read a few minutes ago, it seems that you experienced problems with our component after upgrading your PC to Windows 10: if this should be the case that you are experiencing, this could be due to the fact that during the upgrade some of the registry entries needed for our component to work could get deleted or damaged.
Our suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall the full version of the component using the same credentials provided through e-mail when you originally purchased the product.

Hope this helps

Kind regards

thank you for your answer.
 Certainly, when set as ASIO Device, 1 end point device is 196ch, but
When set as a WDM Device, multiple end point devices are created in units of 8 channels.
It may be physically 8ch.
(However, if firstCh = 3; channels = 8, 2ch to 9ch will be recorded. )
I will consider it a little more.

<code>
Debug.WriteLine($"Current Device:{mRec.GetInputDeviceDesc(inputDevice)}");
Debug.WriteLine($"ChannelsCount:{mRec.GetInputDeviceChannelsCount(inputDevice)}");
---------------------------------------
output (Use ASIO Driver)
---------------------------------------
Current Device:ASIO MADIface USB
ChannelsCount:196
</code>
