from your private message that I read a few minutes ago, it seems that you experienced problems with our component after upgrading your PC to Windows 10: if this should be the case that you are experiencing, this could be due to the fact that during the upgrade some of the registry entries needed for our component to work could get deleted or damaged.
Our suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall the full version of the component using the same credentials provided through e-mail when you originally purchased the product.
