Remarks

Modifies parameters of an existing horizontal line displayed over the waveform's graphics. Current parameters can be obtained through the WaveformAnalyzer.GraphicItemHorizontalLineParamsGet method.

nUniqueId	Unique identification number assigned to the line by a previous call to the WaveformAnalyzer.GraphicItemHorizontalLineAdd method.
