Remarks

Retrieves the current output device (sound card) used for playback. The output device can be changed at any time through the OutputDeviceSet method.

Return value

Value	Meaning

Negative value	An error occurred (see the LastError property for further error details)
Value >= 0	Number representing the index of the output device assigned to the given player.
