The encoding mode used for WMA (Windows Media Audio) format during recording or CD ripping sessions.

This property is used only in the following situations:
During a recording session if the EncodeFormats.ForRecording property is set to ENCODING_FORMAT_WMA (for further details see the How to perform a recording session section).
During a CD ripping session if the EncodeFormats.ForCdRipping property is set to ENCODING_FORMAT_WMA (for further details see the How to perform a CD ripping session section).
During an exporting session if the EncodeFormats.ForExporting property is set to ENCODING_FORMAT_WMA (for further details see the How to export a recorded sound section).
