Sets rulers new settings for the TracksBoard. Current settings can be obtained through the TracksBoard.SettingsRulersGet method.

Parameter	Description

settings	Structure of type TRACKSBOARD_RULERS_SETTINGS that contains the rulers new settings.
fontText	The font used for rendering the text of ruler's ticks.

Value	Meaning

Negative value	An error occurred (see the LastError property for further error details)
enumErrorCodes.ERR_NOERROR (0)	The method call was successful.
