Uses "Big-endian" convention during the encoding in RAW format..

Supported values are the following:

Mnemonic Value	Meaning
false (default)	Use "Little-endian" convention
true	Use "Big-endian" convention

This property is used only if the EncodeFormats.FormatToUse property is set to ENCODING_FORMAT_RAW.
