Callback delegate invoked every time a custom vertical line on the waveform analyzer has been moved through the mouse or through the WaveformAnalyzer.GraphicItemHorzPositionSet method: this callback can be set through a call to the CallbackWaveformAnalyzerLineMovedSet method.
