Changes the picture for an existing graphical item on the On-Screen-Display (OSD)..

nMixerUniqueId

Unique identifier of the video mixer returned by a previous call to the VideoMixer.Create method

nItemUniqueId

Unique identifier of item returned by a previous call to the VideoMixer.OSDItemPictureMemoryAdd method

pBuffer

Buffer containing the picture file data.

Accepted picture formats are BMP, GIF, JPEG and PNG.

nBufferLength

Length in bytes of the given buffer
