On the screenshot below you can see the user interface of the MidiMonitor sample installed by the setup package with source code for Visual Basic .NET and for C# . This sample allows receiving and processing short and raw MIDI events from the selected MIDI input device and sending raw MIDI messages to the selected MIDI output device.

On the screenshot below you can see the user interface of the PianoKeyboard sample installed by the setup package with source code for Visual Basic .NET and for C#. This sample allows receiving and processing MIDI notes coming from the selected MIDI input device and sending MIDI notes and presets change to the selected MIDI output device. Notes are visualized on a virtual piano keyboard which allows generating notes manually through the mouse or through a multi-touch screen.

On the screenshot below you can see the user interface of the ProfileEditor sample installed by the setup package with source code for Visual Basic .NET and for C# . This sample allows connecting to a MIDI DJ console/controller and defining a profile that could be used in order to map every physical control available on the console.
