The vertical alignment applied to text displayed on the cell identified by the UniqueID parameter.

Supported values are the following:

Mnemonic constant	Value	Meaning
VertAlign.Top	0	Text is aligned to the cell's top.
VertAlign.Middle (default)	1	Text is aligned to the cell's center.
VertAlign.Bottom	2	Text is aligned to the cell's bottom.
